Looking for the name of a Book?
The book is about a jewish girl and a southern guy. The mom of the guy likes loggerhead turtles. The girl, i think her name is Leah, kills herself. Takes place in the south. The parents of the girl are ( i think) survivors of the Holocaust. I believe it came out in the 80’s.
Great Book but i can not remember the name. I thought it had “Beach” in the title. Anyone know?
