If so, does that mean they cannot be pets in the USA?

Hi, you see I have two cute, cuddly and fat cats. Their names are Caesar and Brutus. I was just thinking that a tiger is a cat too, although wild and big one. But imagine if it sees a cute, cuddly fat cat, what would it think?

Suppose I take my two cats to a zoo and show them a huge Siberian Tiger (a real one). What do you think will be the reaction of them when they see each other so close.

Maybe the two cats will think, “Wow, big daddy eats a lot ”
and maybe the Siberian Tiger will think, ” So, Lilliput island does exist ” !
What do you think will happen? The Tiger will be in his cage of course and I will hold the cats so that they can see each other eye to eye.

I am trying to figure out the average growth rate of a large male Siberian tiger.
I need to know what the approximate height (and length if possible)
it would be at four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and so on in months old ranging all the way to its full height of 3.5-4 feet and 13 feet long.
Basically if someone could just tell me about how many inches a male Siberian tiger grows in a month then I can figure the rest out for myself.
Oh and at what age does the tiger tend to stop growing or at what age does it reach 3.5-4 feet tall and 13 feet long. And if my measurements for its adult size is wrong please let me know.
