If Reincarnation is true, than why is our population constantly increasing?

animal extinction
Jcnx36 asked:

Reincarnation implies that there is only a set number of “souls” that when they do reincarnate into another. So that would mean that Human population would always stay the same. If you wanna say that the “soul” goes to other biengs (animals etc) than explain extinction of animals.

maybe we’ve not acheived that set number yet - did you consider that?

You’re pulling a fallacy there with the extinct animals issue. Just because a soul might go into an animal doesn’t prevent humankind from killing off animals for their own reasons.

I don’t believe in reincarnation because then there wouldn’t be any such thing as ghosts. My house is haunted so I know that this can’t be
