oh my god… Yes it is, however in most cases it’s harder to punish because they aren’t caught right away.

Sorry, but that was a dumb question.

    yes endangered means protected
federal prison, fines, hunting privileges taken away gun rights revoked and a felony record for the rest of your life

Yes of course it is illegal to hunt endangered species the punishment is probably a fine and you will have to go to jail.

You better not have killed any endangered species.

*Sarcastically* No! You can kill as many endangered animal you want! You don’t get fined or arrested! In fact, they WANT you to kill them, because since they are endangered, they want them all dead so they don’t have to waste time saving them. Plus it saves people money by NOT donating to wasteful organizations.
AKA. IT’S ILLEGAL TO HUNT ENDANGERED ANIMALS!!!!!

    yes.
the punishment is that god will smite you.
if you get caught by the authorities (or anyone reports you to them) then you will probably get fined, and loose your guns. if i see you doing it, then i will hunt you.

  24. dca2003311@yahoo.com on July 16th, 2009

No, you can hunt them all you want, but you cannot shoot them.* Use a camera.* Penalty’s depend on what species you shoot, but it is a lot of $$$$$$$ no matter which one you shoot.*

  25. wiggage1 on July 17th, 2009

Yes, it is illegal to engage in such practices. I would not recommend doing it.

Each state has different penalties for killing endangered species. Penalties involve fines, prison or both.

I have no problem seeing people punished for these kinds of offenses. Not only are committing a crime against nature, they are giving hunters a bad rap when it comes to public perception We don’t need people like that to do that. The public already hates us as it is.

Yes, they are declared endangered by either federal or state authorities. Jail time and fines depend on the laws protecting the said species.

  27. Lt on July 19th, 2009

    Yes, that’s why they’re called ‘endangered’…
