I think a Siberian Tiger would win. The bear is bigger, the tiger is faster, the faster predator would have an advantage over the larger one. And, while the bear would dislay it’s mighty paws and claws to keep the tiger infront of it, the tiger is an ambush animal and would emerge as the winner. My money is on the tiger
