Well some “stimuli” would be for instance the presence of a prey item, which would cause a response in their behaviour, making them get low to the ground, walk much slower, slow their heart rate etc…
Hearing an unfamiliar noise or seeing an unfamiliar object would be a stimulus for the tiger, this would trigger a fight or flight response, the animal may stay and fight or may run like the wind.
Those are just some……but even something like stepping on a thorn (stimulus) would cause the animal to jump and then lick itself (response)
